Whether you are a seasoned tea connoisseur or a newcomer to the world of tea, there is always something new to discover and enjoy. This guide will teach you the benefits of some of my favorite teas offered by Traditional Medicinals and Yogi Tea.

Peppermint Tea

Supports digestion, relieves headaches, and can help alleviate symptoms of irritable bowl syndrome (IBS). Its cooling effect can also soothe sore throats and reduce sinus congestion.

Green Tea

High in antioxidants, green tea can boost metabolism and improve brain function. It also has anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties.

Dandelion Root Tea

Supports live detoxification, aids digestion, and acts as a diuretic which can help reduce bloating.

Raspberry Leaf Tea

Raspberry leaf tea is known as the “woman’s herb” because it helps to tone the uterine muscles, potentially reducing the intensity of menstrual cramps. It’s also rich in iron, which can help replenish iron lost during menstruation.

Hibiscus Tea

Helps with menstrual cramps, hormone balance, and reducing bloating due to its antispasmodic and diuretic properties.

Chamomile Tea

Known for its calming effects, chamomile can help with anxiety, insomnia, and digestive issues. It’s also good for reducing inflammation and menstrual pain.

Lemon Balm Tea

Helps with anxiety, stress, and sleep issues. It also has antiviral properties that can aid in treating cold sores.

Rooibos Tea

Caffeine-free, rich in antioxidants, and good for heart health. It’s also known to aid with allergies and skin conditions.

Smooth Move

Relieves occasional constipation overnight (6-12 hours)
